To place an order from the The Health Dimension Mall you need to create an account. In the Login section you can create a new account if you don't already have one, and if you do you can login so that the Shopping Mall can associate your purchases with your account.

This section shows a list of products that are currently featured as specials. They might be products that are new to the Shopping Mall, or products you may not have seen yet. This list changes frequently, so check back often.

Here you can browse through the different sections of the catalog to find the product that's right for you.

If you can't find what you want by browsing, you can search the Shopping Mall catalog by keyword and/or product category.

Shopping Cart
Your shopping cart shows you a list of all the products that you've collected, and is where you go when you're ready to submit an order. You can also change your shipping and billing addresses on this page.

The Health Dimension Mall currently accepts payment for orders using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. You may also submit your payment information on-line or by phone, fax, or mail.

All transfer of your personal information, including credit card handling, is done through a secure server using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. This allows your Web browser to encode any data it sends to our server, so that even if your information was intercepted by someone as it traveled across the Internet they wouldn't be able to read it.

Sales Tax
The Health Dimension, Inc. collects sales tax from purchasers who reside in California, Maryland, Ohio, Washington D.C., and Canada.

The The Health Dimension Mall allows you to pay for purchases online by using your MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit cards. Because some customers have concerns about providing their credit card numbers over the Internet, we have provided some answers to common questions.

Is it safe to provide my credit card account numbers over the Internet?

We believe that it is safe to provide your credit card account number over the Internet; if we didn’t, we wouldn’t offer this payment option. All transfer of your payment information, including credit card handling, is done through a secure server using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. This allows your Web browser to encode any data it sends to our server, so that even if your information were intercepted by someone as it traveled across the Internet they wouldn't be able to read it. In the unlikely event that unauthorized use of your credit card occurs, follow the reporting procedures that your credit card provider has set up and contact us immediately by phone (301-571-2388), fax (301-897-8050), or e-mail. Most credit card companies cover all charges that result from unauthorized use of your credit card, or they may limit your liability to $50.00 US ( the maximum liability allowed under the Fair Credit Billing Act. If your credit card company holds you liable for unauthorized charges made as a result of your credit card purchase from the The Health Dimension Mall while you are using our secure server, we will reimburse you for the remaining liability, up to the maximum of $50.00 US. Purchasing from The Health DImension Mall on the Internet is now risk free!

How do I know if a Web site is secure?

When you buy something on the Internet, look for three things:

• All data you transmit is strongly encrypted.
